The Area Office – Maidan serves as the Council’s administrative presence within the Maidan area, ensuring that government services are accessible and responsive to the needs of local residents. The office coordinates the implementation of Council programmes, policies, and initiatives while supporting efficient service delivery at the grassroots level.

It provides administrative support, receives and addresses public enquiries, facilitates communication between residents and the Council, and works closely with relevant departments to respond to community needs. The Area Office also promotes community participation, strengthens local governance, and helps ensure that development initiatives are effectively implemented for the benefit of residents in the Maidan area.
