The Works and Infrastructure Department is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of public infrastructure within Ikosi-Isheri LCDA. The department plays an important role in ensuring that the physical infrastructure serving communities is properly planned, developed, and maintained.
Its work covers infrastructure projects that contribute to the functionality, accessibility, and development of the Council, including roads, drainage systems, public buildings, and other public facilities. The department also supports the technical coordination and supervision of infrastructure projects undertaken by the Council.
Through effective planning, technical oversight, and infrastructure maintenance, the department contributes to improving mobility, supporting economic activities, strengthening public facilities, and creating better living conditions for residents across Ikosi-Isheri.
