Hon. Muhammed Mustapha Raji is a grassroots politician, entrepreneur, and community leader with over two decades of experience in public service, political administration, and business. He currently serves as the Councillor representing Ward F (Agiliti/Maidan) in Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), where he also serves as the Chief Whip of the 6th Legislative Council, providing legislative leadership and promoting policies that advance grassroots development and improve the welfare of his constituents.

Since commencing his political career in 1999, Hon. Raji has held several strategic positions within the political landscape, including Ward Assistant Secretary and Delegate during the 2002 House of Assembly, House of Representatives, and Senate elections. These roles have strengthened his reputation as a committed party administrator and advocate for effective grassroots governance.

In addition to his legislative responsibilities, Hon. Raji is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the agricultural products and transportation sectors. He received his education at Baptist Primary School and Oyan Grammar School and is currently pursuing admission to study Political Education at Lagos State University (LASU). His commitment to responsive representation, community development, and economic empowerment continues to define his public service.
