Hon. Thomas Ogunleye, popularly known as Kakaraka, serves as the Vice Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA. He is recognised for his grassroots mobilisation, community engagement, and commitment to public service. Working closely with the Executive Chairman, he supports the implementation of government policies and programmes while promoting inclusive governance, stakeholder collaboration, and community participation in local development initiatives.
